Katie and Sean were awesome with Tyke! Having had experience with big dogs they were not overwhelmed with Tyke's size. I was regularly receiving updates on how he was doing. Coordination with drop off and pick up was a breeze as Katie was very flexible. Overall it was a pleasure working with Katie and Sean! Will definitely use them in the future.

Love Dogs of all Shapes and Sizes!

Sean and I love dogs. We both grew up with them, ranging in size from Corgi to Newfoundland. We're the first our friends will call when they need a dog sitter, and have taken care of dogs ranging from a french bulldog to mastiff. We're looking forward to getting a dog of our own someday; but for now we can't wait to take care of yours!

I usually work from home 1-2 days a week ...

What Katie would like to know about your dog

We don't have any breed preferences. Any dog that is used to city living will work for us.

I'm a firm believer that while the parents are away, we should stick to as similar of a schedule as the dog is used to. So the questions I generally ask are:

What the feeding and walking schedule is?
If they have any food allergies?
How is your dog socializing with other dogs? Are they aggressive towards other dogs at all?
What is their favorite play time activity?
If they are OK at a small dog park?
How are they on and off leash when walking (although I will most likely never take a dog off leash within the first few times I'm with him/her)?
How do they react to strangers in their space?
Are there any behaviors you're currently trying to correct?
