This is my second time using Katie. I was just content with her the first time but this second time was a nightmare. I only used her again since she lived about 5 mins away from my work. She was very difficult to get in contact with, which someone else had mentioned. I was abroad so it was extremely frustrating and worrisome with the lack of communication. I constantly was texting her asking for updates and for pictures that I barely got. For the 11 nights he stayed there, I received updates for 3 days after again messaging her asking for an update and pictures. I had asked for daily pictures or at least check ins that I didn't receive. Both the times, she had forgotten to return something of mine which is also my fault for forgetting to check but I would have to reach out to ask. This time I had forgotten my dog's brush and I had been trying to coordinate picking it up so I finally asked if she can just pay me for it, due to lack of response again. It was beyond frustrating and stressful but I decided to use her again for convenience. Now that she has moved further away from work, I'll be using a different sitter.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as good as the rest of the reviews. I chose Katie as my dog’s sitter because her reviews said she was great with communication and sending pictures. That did not happen with me. I couldn’t get ahold of her for 7 hours. I then had to have Rocer contact her and she still didn’t answer. Many ignored messages and calls later I finally got ahold of her to find out her ex was the one watching my dog. She said I should “pay more if I want someone with my dog everyone second.” I had to switch sitters and it was VERY stressful as I’m thousands of miles away. Very disappointed with the services I received.
