I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to do drop ins when needed as well as at home care/boarding attentively. I also live with my partner who can offer a second set of eyes in the afternoons and evenings! As part of our normal routine to stay active, my partner and I regularly like to step out for sun and take brief walks around the community area—so unless specified otherwise, we are happy to take your doggo along with us on our short walks (during boarding services).

A typical day
Never a short supply of pets and cuddles. If toys are provided—I’ll make sure to utilize those. Toys will also be provided at my home if none are given. 😊 We also only take one client at a time to ensure your pet(s) get our sole focus! We have no pets or children of our own at this time.

Pet care experience
My experience includes caring for cats and doggies, including pups, with a variety of personalities and energy levels. Super comfortable following detailed care instructions, maintaining feeding and medication schedules when needed, managing puppy potty breaks and exercise, and providing the same attention (and cuddles) for kitties. I prioritize safety, consistency, and positive interactions to ensure pets feel well cared for!

Katie was an absolute fantastic dog sitter! We left our energetic pup with her and she took such wonderful care of her. From the very first meet-and-greet, Katie was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. Throughout the stay, Katie sent the most delightful updates and photos of her playing. It was so reassuring to see how relaxed and happy she looked in all the pictures. Our dog came home well-cared for, more relaxed and content. Katie clearly went above and beyond. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring, responsible hands. We would (and will!) book Katie again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, loving sitter who treats your dog like her own, look no further. Katie is the best!
