Thanks Katie for looking after Donny. You said you thoroughly enjoyed having him and he seemed very at ease with you when you dropped him off. We organised with short notice and you were quick to respond which really helped me out. You turned up on time, at the agreed time and place. Couldn’t have been easier. After four years of not travelling because I simply couldn't find anyone I trusted enough to leave my precious cat, Poppy, with, I finally found Katie – and I honestly can't recommend her highly enough. Poppy is incredibly shy and wary of new people, so I was fully expecting her to hide away. Instead, she took to Katie almost immediately. That alone spoke volumes to me. Animals have the best intuition, and it genuinely felt like Poppy chose her own pet sitter. Seeing that side of my cat was so beautiful, and it gave me complete confidence that I was leaving her with exactly the right person. Katie has looked after Poppy for both overnight/full-time care and pop-in visits, whether booked well in advance or at very short notice. Every single time, she has gone above and beyond. Poppy is an incredibly fussy eater with very particular routines, but Katie has always taken the time to follow everything perfectly while somehow managing to spoil her rotten as if she were her own baby. What amazes me most is the amount of time, care and love Katie invests. This is so much more than a job or a pay cheque to her. She is a genuine animal lover, and it shows in absolutely everything she does. I receive regular photos and updates throughout the day, which completely puts my mind at ease and allows me to actually enjoy my time away for the first time in years. Another huge bonus is that Katie drives and lives just five minutes from one of the area's best emergency vets, which gave me even more reassurance should anything ever happen. Poppy has also had the privilege of staying overnight in Katie's own home. I was able to visit beforehand, which was really important to me, and it was beautiful, secure, and clearly a home where animals are loved. Poppy settled in so well that she was curled up looking like she was staying at the Hilton! 🤣 On top of all that, Katie's prices are incredibly reasonable and competitive for the level of care, time and all the little extras she provides without ever being asked. I genuinely wouldn't use anyone else now. Thank you, Katie, for giving me the confidence to travel again after four years. You have cared for Poppy as though she was your own, and that means more than words can say. From both Poppy and me – thank you. ❤️ Poppy now has another favourite human. 😻

Katie is amazing, so caring and attentive to all the animals she cares for. Very accommodating for short and long stays keeping us very up to date with how our dog was doing and how good of a time she was having.
