Blu loves staying here. He whines with happiness when we approach her house!

Very disappointing experience. At drop-off, the sitter appeared unprepared and had just woken up. Communication during the stay was poor—I had to repeatedly ask for updates, and one day I received none. I had clearly requested that my dog not be around other dogs, but another dog was present at pickup. I also provided bottled water for my dog, yet the sitter used sink water in front of me. When I brought my dog home, she drank excessively for hours, which raised concerns about whether her needs were consistently met. My dog’s belongings were not ready as promised, and several items were initially missing and later found misplaced in a cabinet. Since her toys and bed were stored away, I am concerned that my dog may not have been given appropriate opportunities to play or engage. I had also requested basic grooming, which does not appear to have been done, as her tail was significantly matted. One item is still missing, with reimbursement pending. Overall, the sitter seemed disorganized, inattentive, and not respectful of care instructions. I would not book again.

Blu just loves going there!!

Henry had a great time at Katie's place. He's a young, energetic dog, and he really enjoyed her back yard and playing with the other dog there. Communication was quick and clear. No complaints.
