Hi! I’m Katie, a lifelong animal lover offering dog walks, drop-in visits, pet check-ins and house sitting for all kinds of animals. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, potty break, feeding, medication, or just some extra attention and companionship, I’m happy to help. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and other household pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered!) family members! As a pet owner myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your animals in someone else’s care. I have a dog and two cats of my own, so I understand the importance of routine, patience, and lots of love. 🐾

We had such a wonderful experience with our dog sitter! She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and thorough in following our dogs’ detailed routine, including the specialized care required for our paralyzed pup. She confidently handled bladder expressions, diaper changes, and medication administration, and made sure both dogs received plenty of outdoor time, attention, and love throughout their stay. She also took excellent care of our home and kept everything in great shape. We felt completely comfortable knowing our pups were in such caring and capable hands. We would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable pet sitter!
This was the first time I used Katie to care for Ginger but it won’t be the last! Katie did a wonderful job taking really good care of Ginger for an overnight at my house and the day before and after. She attended to Ginger’s every need and sent me updates and pictures, too! She even left my house better than before. Don’t look any further—call Katie! But not when I need her! 😉
Katie was excellent! Professional, thoughtful, patient, and communicative. We boarded our cat with her, and she did a wonderful job acclimating him to a new space and monitoring his adjustment, and making sure his needs were met. Would love to use her for our next trip.

Katie is absolutely fantastic. 1st, she was able to accommodate us extremely last minute. She took care of two of our dogs, one of which is very strong and not very good on a leash. Katie was great i'm about community back and forth about anything that she may have had questions about or vice versa. She also went out of her way and helped scoop out our cat's litter and clean up that area that they had made a mess while we were away. She was super sweet to our whole crew and we will 100% be using her again.Thanks Again Katie!!!!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible, with availability for pet care most days. I work independently doing sewing and alterations, which allows me to prioritize pet care and accommodate your pet’s individual routine and needs.

A typical day
A typical day with me is either full of fresh air and adventure or play and treats. We’ll explore fields in Freeport, North Yarmouth, Pownal, and beyond. Some days we might visit a river or beach, and other days we’ll head up Bradbury Mountain for a scenic hike. Whether it’s a calm stroll or an energetic outing, I tailor the day to your dog’s personality and energy level.
