A typical day
I love to take the dogs on a long walk in the park to start off with to allow time for your dog to get comfortable with me in an open environment where they will be free to roam, run and sniff to their hearts content! As well as this, i understand the importance of mental stimulation and provide lots of mental enrichment for dogs to tire them out and put their brains to good use. I love to ensure each dog has time for cuddles, fuss and scratches (as long as they feel comfortable to do so) so that we can build a mutual relationship of trust and companionship.

Pet care experience
I have an abundance of experience with animals! For the past 5 years, when i’m not at university I volunteer at a dog rescue centre every Saturday morning where I clean, care for and walk many dogs, ranging in age, breed and size. As well as this, I am studying veterinary medicine so have knowledge on how to care for your animals and exposure to many situations with a range of animals. Caring for animals really is my passion in life! I have vast experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, even reptiles!

Amazing once again! Thank you for checking in on Pippa during our holiday (even though Pippa hid for most of the time!). Katie stayed and spent time with Pippa and made sure her water and food were topped up, litter tray was cleaned and even turned a few things off around our house that I forgot to switch off before leaving for the airport! Katie looked after our two furbabies recently for a long weekend and we couldn't be happier with her service. She is professional and a very competent dog handler but also loved them like they were her own. We received regular pupdates and we could relax knowing they were in very safe hands indeed!
