I cannot board animals (because my cat is strictly an only child), but I can come to you. I am happy to spend a couple hours at a time at your residence with your pet. Additionally, please understand that I will not take bookings involving 2+ pets who must be kept apart at all times.

I always prefer to do a meet the pets before the actual appointments. During that time, I always ask the following questions: -Does your pet have any medical issues? -Do they have separation anxiety? (This can manifest as vomiting, refusing to eat, missing the litter box, destroying furniture, etc.) -How much food do they get? -Where is the food bowl, food stash, and water bowl located? -Do they have a favorite toy? -(For cats and small dogs) Do they like to be picked up? -Are they allowed on the furniture? -Do they have any favorite hiding spots? -How will I get into the house/apartment? Do you have a key, door code, etc.? -What is your wifi password (so I can access Rover during the visit to give you updates)?
A typical day
For cats and dogs, I try to engage them in play and exercise. I also make sure they receive plenty of cuddles, and send lots of pictures to their owners so everyone feels comfortable.

Pet care experience
I have detailed experience looking after cats, dogs, and other small animals of any temperament. I can care for senior animals who require medication, little ones who need a watchful eye, and everything in between. I have owned cats, rabbits, snakes, fish, and one frog. Pet size is not an issue.

Katie is AMAZING! I needed someone to stop by and check on Luna while I was at a day long event. It was last minute thing and I asked Katie the evening before. She took time out of her night to come meet Luna before the actual stop by visit. She was incredible with my shy dog and I am so grateful to her for being so flexible and compassionate with Luna. 100% would book again!
