I grew up in a household with furry family members my whole life. Once I moved out, I had my own reptile companions with me. Upon settling into a permanent lifestyle, I became a mother of 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have experience with animal husbandry on farms and homesteads: horses, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, and pigs. I have experience with exotic animals, including reptiles, birds, and snakes. I have experience with Dog Widwifery, when 2 dogs on a homestead I lived on became pregnant. I assisted the mother dogs to deliver their puppies: 1 mama delivered 8, and 1 mama delivered 9. I looked after these 2 mama dogs and their 17 puppies for 8 weeks until they were old enough for adoption. My 2 dog children were Bear and Agwedjiman - lab/great dane/mastiff breeds. My dog nephew, Dexter, is a schipperke. I have a strong love for cats and dogs, and appreciate their compassionate, gentle and calming nature. I love being around animals and making them happy, as well as making sure all their needs are met with great care.
