Energetic & Caring Dog Lover
My first and favorite memories growing up revolve around Christmas time and asking my parents for a dog. While I never got my own dog, my parents surprised one year by gifting me a family friend’s young terrier (Lego). I had the luxury of learning how to caretake and train Lego without the expenses of him. That pattern is something I’ve continued into my adult life— helping friends and family with their pets. As a yoga teacher and personal trainer I maintain and active lifestyle while working full-time. My goal with this position is to continue what I’ve always loved-helping others by taking care of their pets. Heads up, please expect that I may take photos of your pet to send to you to brighten your day.

I live in an above ground 2 bed 2 bath apt in Denver. There is a small balcony and a couple great parks nearby. It goes without saying, I understand the trust it takes and what I’d want out of a caretaker for my pet; I will take care of your pet with equal responsibility and care.

Katie is amazing! She is incredibly reliable and I can tell my dog loves his walks with her (and she provides the best pictures and post walk updates!). Highly recommend booking with her.
My go-to dog walker!!
Katie was absolutely wonderful!! She accepted a last minute booking to walk bear for a few days that I had long shifts at work. She gave incredible updates and sent lots of pics. Bear seemed totally comfortable with her and so happy on her walks!

Katie was wonderful! She was accommodating, kind and so easy to work with. We were in town for the weekend with our 5 month old frenchie and have never done used Rover before. I reached out last minute and I’m so glad I did. Katie made the whole process so easy! I was nervous, but she made it so seamless. Walter made a new friend to visit for when we come to town for the weekend!!
Katie was so kind and responded quickly. She was great with my dog Noodle who can be a lot at times. Definitely would book her again

Schedule
I currently work full time in research and clinical trials. Even better for dog sitting— I’m 100% remote. This allows me reasonable flexibility for dog walking needs as well as pickup and drop off times.
