I have been around and had dogs for my entire life. I have experience with all kinds of dogs and I have a lot of energy to match any dog's need. I have experience with households with multiple animals with each dog requiring specific medication or nutritional needs. I am good with dogs of all ages and sizes. I am reliable and knowledgeable about best pet care practices.

Katie is GREAT! She communicates well, sends pictures and is super flexible. We are grateful to have someone watch our sweet boy and not worry.
Thank you, Katie! From day 1 we could see how comfortable and happy all of the animals were around her. We have an almost 15 year old husky with hip problems and on meds, and knew he was well cared for. The photos and reports were a highlight of our day, and the cats even came out to see her -which is hit or miss with some people. Thank you for being so kind and loving to our fur babies while we were away.
Katie and her family took wonderful care of our Samoyed, Teddy, while we were away for five days. He can be a handful at times, but Katie kept us updated with daily photos and messages that reassured us he was happy and well cared for. We highly recommend her and would gladly book with her again!

Schedule
Currently I am employed part-time, so my schedule has a lot of time to care for your pet's needs. I would be more than happy to set up an ongoing long-term schedule if that is what you need or be flexible in an as-needed basis.

Safety, trust & environment
My partner Ben and I love having pups in our home. We unfortunately lost of old pup back in July, and while we arent ready to adopt again, we love the routine that comes with caring for dogs. We are also very active people and our neighborhood is great for taking long walks. We also have a dog park as part of our neighborhood. The most important thing is making sure the pups feel safe and comfortable in our home while you are away.
A typical day
We love being active with the dogs we watch. We make sure to always give the dogs at least one long walk a day. If the pup is up to it, we have also gone on runs with the dogs we watch. There are also some great places to hike in the area if the dog is open to more of an adventure.
