Katie is a fantastic host, I can say this confidently based on Hugo's behaviour after coming home. If he doesn't like it, he will make sure to let us know by being grumpy for few hours. He was happy and clean when he got him. Katie sends regular photos with the updates which is reassuring. She was also flexible in terms of pick up time as my flight was delayed by few hours. I would book with Katie again without second thought.
