Welcome to Katie’s Kindred Spirits Pet Sitting! Thank you for considering me to care for your furry family member. I offer a safe, loving, dog-friendly apartment for boarding and welcome dogs up to 40 pounds. If you’re interested in house sitting or overnight care in your home, I do ask that your dog be friendly with other dogs. My sweet Dalmatian, Rosie, is exceptionally well-trained, gentle, and loves making new canine friends. She gets along wonderfully with every dog she meets, helping create a calm and positive environment for everyone. Whether your pet stays with me or I care for them in your home, you can expect dependable, compassionate care, plenty of love, and personalized attention. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away.

I also have a private terrace where we can relax together, soak up the sunshine, enjoy some fresh air, and unwind in a calm, comfortable setting. Whether we’re out on an adventure or simply enjoying a peaceful afternoon outside, your pup will receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship.

A typical day
Every day is tailored to your dog’s personality, energy level, and routine, but here’s what a typical day looks like! The day starts with a morning potty break and a refreshing walk, followed by breakfast (if it’s their mealtime) and plenty of fresh water. After breakfast, we’ll enjoy playtime, cuddles, or quiet relaxation—whatever makes your pup happiest. Throughout the day, we’ll head out for stimulating walks to nearby parks, where your dog can safely explore new sights and smells. We’ll also spend time on my private terrace, enjoying fresh air, sunshine, and peaceful moments together. There are plenty of belly rubs, treats (with your permission), toys, enrichment activities, and nap breaks to keep your dog happy, comfortable, and relaxed. I’ll also provide regular potty breaks and lots of one-on-one attention so they always feel loved and secure. In the evening, we’ll wind down with another walk, dinner, cuddle time, and a calm, cozy environment before bedtime. My goal is for every dog to feel like they’re on their own little vacation while you’re away, surrounded by kindness, patience, and lots of love.
