I’ve loved animals since I was a kid, starting with caring for my neighbor’s cats at age 10. Over the years, I volunteered at my local dog shelter and, after moving to Georgia, built a home with one dog and two cats of my own. I’m the go-to sitter for friends when they travel, and with my flexible schedule, I’m able to give pets the time, care, and attention they deserve.

I’ve cared for pets in many of my friends’ homes, always treating them like my own. I’m attentive to their needs, respectful of their space, and make sure to keep up with the routines that help them feel happy and comfortable.

Katie and her husband exceeded my expectations. My sensitive, skittish rescue dog who I’ve never left before, absolutely loved being there. At the meet and greet JoJo jumped in Hunter’s lap and that’s when I knew he would be just fine. He Never does that. All four days during Christmas, Katie sent the cutest pictures of JoJo interacting with family, just hanging out happily. I was several hours away and felt completely peaceful about where JoJo was and who was caring for him. Every time Katie and I communicated, she was clear and concise about plans for dropping off and picking up. She went out of her way to answer questions immediately and was flexible and easy to work with. I will not fail to have Katie and her husband keep JoJo again.
Katie is amazing! Her and her husband took the best care of our Millie girl. She was constantly communicating and kept me informed. I got several pictures. This is also the first time that I truly relaxed when leaving her with a Rover sitter. I knew she was being taken care of and loved the same way I do it! I will definitely use them again!!
Took great care of jojo! Kept in contact and let me know how things went over the one night stay. Would definitely use Katie again as a dog sitter!
Sitter was unable to walk my dog because she wasn’t prepared for him to be as big and afraid as he was. Then called me saying she couldn’t get in because she was scared. Sitter canceled and rover has now charged me $60 even though my dog was not let out or walked like I paid for. Very unhappy.
Katie was great with our cats while we were gone and was very communicative with updates!

Schedule
I’d love to check in on your pets, take them for a walk, or keep up with whatever makes them happiest in their daily routine. My schedule is flexible, so I can visit at the times that work best for you and your critters.

- Please let me know of your pets needs ahead of time or if they have any special quirks that I should be aware of. I have experience with administering medication, both oral and injection for cats and dogs. I want to ensure that they are as comfortable as possible!
