Hello! I am Kati and I have been taking care of dogs my entire life! When I was four years old, we got our first puppy and I have been hooked ever since. I currently have my own dog, Bailey, who loves to play, snuggle, and practice agility! I spent three years dogsitting professionally before getting my own dog as an adult. I also spent six months volunteering with therapy dogs. I have worked with all kinds of pups, from Miniature Dachshunds to Great Danes. And I’ve never met a dog I didn’t like. I am going back to school for Occupational Therapy, so I’m working part time in childcare. I can be pretty flexible, especially with some warning. I can even provide basic grooming (such as brushing) and medical care. I cannot wait to meet you and your best friend! Please note that I mostly use public transportation! I can spend more time with your loved one when you live near the brown/red/purple lines!

My motto is safety first, for me and pets! I’m constantly checking for potential dangers or foods pets can get into, making sure they are safe in your home. After that, I can be a snuggle buddy or an exercise pal, whatever your little one needs!

Kati is so great! I've never left my dog Miles with a sitter before because of his history of anxiety, so I was nervous about leaving him with a stranger. The first day he did not want to eat or go outside. With patience and persistence, Kati finally got him outside and made him feel more comfortable with her. It was such a relief for me to know that he was in such good hands. She also gave me several updates to know how things were going. I would highly recommend Kati to anyone looking for a very capable and caring person to sit or walk their dog!
Kati has been walking our rascly dog for five months, and in addition to providing reliable loving care, she has improved his leash manners. Kati is extremely reliable, appropriately communicative, and adores dogs. We are thrilled to have her helping us out!
Over Christmas, Kati watched Panda and Juno and couldn't have been better! Normally, when we return from a trip away, our girls are ravenous for attention. Not this time! We didn't feel snubbed, per se, but we could tell that they were definitely less frantic for us to pet and play with them than on other trips we've taken. A sign of a good pet sitter in our minds! Not only did Kati handle food, water, etc. but she also sent us photos of them each day with updates about how affectionate they were, how they were eating and drinking, etc. All in all, I'd highly recommend Kati to anyone looking for a sitter, and I'll definitely hire her again the next time we're out of town!
Kati is so great with my dog - when she first started walking Penny, I warned Kati that it might take a while for her to feel comfortable going potty on the leash with Kati walking her. But sure enough, Penny went potty on their second walk together! Kati's updates are so thorough and she's extremely communicative about any problems that arise. I would recommend Kati to anyone looking for a reliable, positive, dog-loving caregiver.

Schedule
I am currently going back to school (mostly online classes at the moment) and babysitting. This means my schedule is fairly flexible and open to what animals are needing at the moment! We can talk what your expectations are and make sure that they are met!
