Stay at home animal lover!
I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was young and have always loved animals of all kinds. I had two senior yorkies that passed and I miss having dogs around. I do Rover full time so other than running some errands or occasional appointments, I’m home. I just recently moved to the East side so I’m excited to meet some new pups! I’m never gone longer than a few hours at a time so your baby will get spoiled with attention. I really miss having dogs and love to have some more fur balls around to snuggle and play with. I have a 7’ block wall on 3 sides and 6’ on one side of the yard so it’s very secure. I am also used to always supervising because my one yorkie was 4.5lbs so they will never be out alone. I am experienced with giving meds and caring for senior animals. I have pet steps if needed as well. I farm sit on occasion too so I also have experience with chickens, goats, mini horses, mules and donkeys. I can take 2 possibly 3 dogs from the same family but will always only take one family at a time. I am insured through PCI per care insurance Please reach out so we can schedule a meet and greet prior to boarding-can’t wait to meet your babies!

Kathy was wonderful with our girl! It was the first time Dejah had ever been left overnight with someone else. Kathy kept in contact and shared videos and even the cutest picture of Dejah snuggling up to her on the couch.

Kathy is such a lovely person. I was so comfortable leaving Roadie with her. She sent fun pictures and I could tell Roadie had a great time! I will definitely have her sit for Roadie again!

There isn’t enough stars ⭐️ to give Kathy! She is amazing!! Your fur baby will definitely be 💯 spoiled and in excellent hands!! If you are unsure about using Rover Kathy will put all those feelings to rest. This is 1,000 % better than boarding your pet, especially if they are VERY needy and require human interaction vs other dogs 🐕. You will not be disappointed! Using Rover and picking Kathy was the best $$ I have spent on my furry little one. Thank you x’s 1,000 for putting all my anxiety while on vacation to rest! Rocko thanks you as well!

Schedule
I’m home when I’m home so I’m never gone more than 2-3hrs if I need to run errands or go to the horses at the ranch boarding down the street. I can accommodate senior dogs or dogs that have anxiety like my dogs used to have.

My yard is fenced with a block wall 7’ on 3 sides and 6’ on one side. I have a large area that has artificial grass for dogs to run and play ball and my neighborhood is nice and quiet to take walks too. The other half other the yard is graveled. Plenty of spots to lounge on and sun bathe or relax on the outdoor furniture.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks and play outside. Dogs love sunning themselves on the patio furniture or sitting with me outside while I garden or read. playing fetch on the artificial turf run is a favorite for any dogs that like to fetch

- I prefer to have only smaller neutered or spayed dogs that are potty trained if I do need to leave for small portions of time. No heavy shedding breeds and dogs prone to marking or getting into indoor plants/chewing please. I have a spare room that can be baby gated for the short amount of times that I need to be gone. I also have a 36x23 crate if your dog is crate trained. I will consider larger breeds if they are well behaved and not a huge shedder. I am super respectful of your dog’s normal routine and rules. The more information you can give me the better I can cater to your pet’s needs.
