I have over 25 years experience with dogs and cats. I love all animals, but have always had a special connection with dogs (and of course cats as well.. even though they have a mind of their own and are gonna do what they want). I have experience with dogs up to 80 lbs. I have a rancher home with a fenced in yard (no gaps and all gates are always locked), I love to take walks and am not far from a dog park. We also leave plenty of time in the day for cuddling, for the more laid back dog. I currently don't have a dog (missing her deeply which is why I decided to join Rover in 2018 so I can cuddle and care for other people's pets!) but I have 2 cats at the time (but mostly hide when dogs are in the house) and look forward to taking care of your fur babies. I have no fear of dogs and they seem to trust me!! I also am willing to watch or pet sit any other animal as well!! I truly love them all!! I do work full-time (leaving the house around 8 a.m. and returning 5:30 p.m.) but my husband is usually home by 3:30 and could let them out. So there would be a 7 hour window where they would be home alone. All pets must be UTD with shots and flea/tick treatments and groomed and/or bathed before their stay. I also have an above ground pool for the water loving pooches! Thank you

Another fabulous time at Kathy’s house! This time we added our 2 kitties! Kathy and her whole family are amazing. They truly love our babies. My Teddy is my heart and I know that he’s in the best place possible when he’s at Kathy’s. Even my cats who hate change settled right in. Definitely recommend Kathy and her family!

Schedule
As soon I get home all my attention goes to them and on weekends they are my only attention. I let them sleep on the bed with me as well.

Safety, trust & environment
They will get lots of exercise and lots of love 💘. Any dogs which do not get along can and will be separated for the safety of everyone, yet I would prefer that they do get along well with others.

A typical day
There is a local dog park we can go to if the weather is nice. We have a large fenced in yard to run around and also when the weather is warm we have an above ground pool if the pooches enjoy swimming!
