I have had dogs off and on my entire life. I love mutts, rescue dogs, and purebreds. I’ve taken care of dogs in all stages of life- from potty training to geriatric care. I would love to have the opportunity to take care of your “puppy” no matter what their age. I prefer to care for animals in the Great Bridge and Hickory areas of Chesapeake.

I would prefer to come to your house to stay with your animals. I have four dogs and three cats at home and just adding new animals to the mix might not go so well. So I am limiting my job to folks that want me to come into their home.

Kathy was amazing!!! She was so sweet to my fur baby and put my mind at ease about leaving her.
Kathy did a great job with our senior dog! He has a complicated medication and feeding schedule, which included loading two electronic feeders, and she handled it beautifully. She only left him for short periods during the day and spent the night in case he needed a potty break. We would definitely book her again if the need arises.
Kathy was a gem showing love and care (and pictures) while she watched our pups.
Kathy was absolutely fantastic. She made a point to come meet everyone before the sitting, was personable and thoughtful, and was a fantastic communicator both before and during the sitting. She made sure to send pictures and updates throughout the stay to keep me updated on how things were going. My pets were absolutely spoiled during Kathy's stay, and it is obvious she went above and beyond to make them feel loved. I cannot recommend Kathy highly enough.
Kathy is a great pet sitter with great communication. We never have to worry about our pets when Kathy watches them. She treats them like they are her own.
It was wonderful knowing I didn’t need to worry about my 5(!) babies during my vacation. Kathy went above and beyond!

Schedule
I am retired. I live with my daughter and son-in-law so I can pet sit for you at any time. I am willing to work weekends or extended travel times.
