On weekdays, I get up early so all the dogs can go potty, eat, and get some play time in the yard. When I get home, everyone goes outside to potty, eats, and then I give them about 30 minutes to let their food settle before letting them play. Weekends, I stay home and they get to play a lot!

I have my front porch set up where they can watch the street, but can't get through the screen. I also have a large backyard with a 7 foot secure privacy fence

I am a huge dog lover (always have been), but I also know how to handle them! I am a force free dog trainer, I also have a trainer profile on Rover (they do make sure you’ve been educated), I have fostered 43 dogs since 2011, so I have lots of experience watching dogs in my home. I have worked with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have the ability to keep your dog separated from other dogs or they can have fun playing with my 2 big boys. My boys have never met anyone they don't like, they even play with my 2 pet rats. I do work Monday-Friday 815-515, but I can make arrangements for an intake of a pup or kitty for you. Kathy updated me on Bear's stay daily and sent a couple of photos and videos. I was happy to see how he well he would do with a group of 6 dogs. :-) Although there were 2 that he wasn't interested in, I'm glad he got to enjoy playing with the rest. And Kathy had a big yard for him to run through!! It's from my understanding that the 2 dogs he didn't get along with on top of him being away from us made him very anxious and escape through a hole in her fence. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short and come back to get him a day early.
Kathy was great with my dogs. Good communication and pictures while I was away. She took my dogs last minute because of a family emergency and I’m very grateful. Will definitely contact her again for boarding.
