I've owned dogs, cats, & horses and was very involved with our local 4-H (community club leader/project leader). We have owned and trained dogs from puppy stage through senior years. Although we no longer have pets, we loved traveling with our dogs, but occasionally were not able to bring them with us, so we totally understand the need for quality pet care while on vacation.

The best home for my 2 special-needs dogs I could have hoped for! Pictures and videos and updates on how they were doing every day. I could tell they were in a really loving home with Kathy and Bob. I don’t think my pals wanted to come home! Highly recommend 10/10

Fabulous couple that took great care of my dogs. My Boris even got to sleep right next to Bob at night. Kathy provided wonderful video and pictures, so I missed by fur-babies less. The provided daily walks and plenty of loving. I loved the care that Boris and Onyx got while in the care of Kathy and Bob.
Kathy and Bob were absolutely wonderful with our Lily. She always looked so happy in the picks. Seems like it was an adventure every day-- walks, back yard fun, park visits. We were thrilled that our fur baby was so well cared for and loved.
Kathy took great care of my pup. She sent several pictures each day and checked in with us. Very comfortable leaving my dog with her, she was in excellent care!

Schedule
We are fully retired, with no pets nor children at home, so we have plenty of time for play, walks and lots of attention. Although our large yard is not fenced-in, we love going for walks and spending time outdoors.

Safety, trust & environment
Our dogs were crate-trained, but they preferred cuddling on the sofa and sleeping in bed with us (but not under the covers - as much as they would try when they thought we were asleep, lol). Our house is single story ranch style, no carpeting, enclosed back porch, large yard. We are walking distance to many parks, hiking trails and Dog Parks.
A typical day
Favorite activities for our pets were walks around our neighborhood visiting everyone, hiking trails, going to local parks (several within walking distance to us); and looking for fish in a nearby lake.
