What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience and patience with dogs of all ages. I’ve volunteered at a shelter walking dogs, which gave me experience handling different breeds and temperaments. I also have two dogs of my own that I raised from puppies and personally trained, so I understand the time, consistency, and care it takes to teach good behavior. These experiences have taught me to be responsible, attentive, and confident when caring for other people’s pets.

When caring for pets, I always make safety my first priority. In a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely to keep the pet’s routine consistent and comfortable. I make sure doors and gates are secure, use leashes properly during walks, and keep an eye out for anything that could be a hazard. I also focus on building trust by being calm, patient, and gentle with every animal, so they feel safe and cared for. My goal is to create an environment where pets are comfortable, happy, and their owners feel confident that they’re in good hands.

Schedule
I’m a college student at UNH, and I keep a structured daily routine that makes it easy to fit in pet care. I usually start my mornings early and have long breaks between classes, which are perfect times for dog walks. I also don't have any classes on Fridays. In the evenings, I’m free to give dogs even more extra attention and exercise. On weekends, my schedule is even more flexible, so I can handle longer walks or extra care. Even though I don’t have a pet of my own here at school, I’m reliable, organized, and excited to make pet care part of my routine.
