Loving Care with Extra Attention
My care experience and heartbeat for others' pets has come from loving my own dog deeply and fully and knowing how much it means to find someone who will care for, deeply enjoy, and spend time with your pet in the same way you would while you are away from them. Through caring for my own, I am comfortable giving medications and staying on rigid medication routines; taking temperatures; taking walks with certain factors in mind (e.g. behaviors, avoidance of other animals, off leash or on leash tendencies, etc.); and supporting pups in seasons of potty training, being "in heat," or post-surgery.

I appreciate caring for your pet in the places they are most familiar and comfortable - their home, neighborhood, backyard, favorite green field of grass, or wherever that is for them. I can easily work with crates or other unique accommodations. I am happy to support your pet in their regular at home routines and in the places they love most.

Katie has taken such good care of my pup. She has an obvious love for animals in general. But she has shown such a strong affection particularly for dogs. She loves them like a Mom would, going beyond taking care of them in their physical needs, spending extra time and care giving them love and affection.
Katie is the absolute sweetest with my doggo and all dogs. She loves them deeply and sees who they are at their core. She has a gentle and calming presence that my easily excitable and higher energy dog can sense and, as a result, is more calm when Katie is around. I would trust Katie with any of my pets as I know she cares for them as her own. She also completely sees pets as a member of a family - there is just nothing better than that!
Katie cares so deeply for furry friends. She loves giving them attention and cuddles as well as making sure they get the exercise and mental stimulation they need. My Walter is a mini daschund with separation anxiety. He is used to being in my lap while I work from home and she was happy to accommodate him when she would take care of him. I know any dog she takes care of will be treated like family and given the best care possible.

Schedule
I am a private practioner in the mental health field, so I create my own schedule. I am most flexible on Wednesdays-Sundays, and with advanced notice, can often accommodate most scheduling needs. I am often available on weekends and some holidays.
