She did an awesome job. My Buddy loved her.

Kathryn was wonderful and very communicative! We will definitely have her back to watch our pup again!

Kathryn did a great job looking after our dog, cat and frogs! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and is very loving towards the animals

I do not recommend Kathryn as a dog sitter. I hired her to care for my dog, Odin, for what was supposed to be a four-day stay. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand since Odin is anxious and takes time to warm up to people. He can be barky and growly at first, which I clearly communicated, but becomes friendly and cuddly once comfortable. Unfortunately, right before I boarded my flight, Kathryn texted saying she couldn’t enter the house because of Odin’s barking. Despite knowing this was normal behavior for him, she refused to go in. I was literally finding my seat on the plane and had to have my girlfriend call her to talk her down from canceling the booking on the spot—something that, in hindsight, would’ve been better. On the first night, she did not stay the night at my home and left Odin alone. Then on the third night, I checked my front door security camera to check if she was staying and she wasn’t there again. Looking back at footage, I saw that her car hadn’t been at my home since 11 a.m.—and it was now 1 a.m. the next day. My dog had been left completely alone for nearly 14 hours and it would have been much longer had I not checked my camera. After repeated texts and calls, I didn’t hear from Kathryn until eight hours later (almost 24 hours since she had last been at my home), she messaged saying she had been in a car wreck. In the meantime, I had to emergency arrange for a friend to come over and take care of Odin. When my friend arrived, she found the front door unlocked—Kathryn had left it unsecured all day—and Odin had pooped all over the bedroom carpet, something he has never done unless left without a bathroom break for a very long time. That carpet is now ruined. Furthermore, the accident Odin had was while Kathryn was there because she merely covered up the diarrhea with paper towels. She did not clean it up at all. It was clear Kathryn had abandoned the stay, didn’t secure the home, and failed to clean up after the dog. This entire experience was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. Kathryn did not provide the care I paid for and showed a complete lack of responsibility and communication. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking her.
