My commitment is to personalized care for every dog I work with. Whether it's giving extra attention to puppies during training or providing gentle care for senior dogs, I adapt my approach to meet each pup's unique needs. Growing up, I had a variety of dogs in the house—from different breeds to different backgrounds or ages—so I have a deep understanding of different dog personalities and how to care for them. I’m also flexible to different care requests and want to ensure your pet gets the attention and exercise they deserve, no matter the needs of your pet.

When walking dogs, safety is my top priority. I always ensure each pup is securely leashed and comfortable before starting the walk, and I keep a watchful eye on the surroundings to avoid any potential hazards. I feel that I am well-versed in recognizing signs of stress or discomfort, and I adjust the pace or route as needed. Whether it’s crossing streets safely or managing interactions with other dogs, I’m committed to keeping your dog secure and happy every step of the way. I also make sure to listen to and understand the specific wants and preferences of each pet owner to ensure the walk aligns with their needs.

Kathryn was a stellar sitter, from the moment we met her until we got back home! Our old man is very particular, and she got him settled and in his routine with such success. We came home to a happy dog and a house that had been well taken care of. Especially thankful that she sent lots of pictures, videos, and updates, so we knew our guy was doing well! We’re so grateful, and would recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Katy was awesome! She took such great care of our two dogs. From the meet and greet to providing us Dailey updates she absolutely went above and beyond. We will most definitely be looking to her again in the future to help us with watching our dogs.

Kathryn was fantastic, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. We have two dogs, one of which can be very nervous. Kathryn came over before our trip and made sure to befriend (Shadow, the anxious dog) even before we left to help make the transition smooth. She walked the dogs while we were away, sent us pictures of them, and was clean. Great experience overall. We will for sure be using her again in the future! 10/10 stars

Schedule
I work full-time but I do not have any pets of my own, so I have plenty of time to prioritize the care of your pups, with walks and playtime and other individual needs. I am more available on weekends and during the summer months. I’m happy to offer my services during weekdays as long as my work schedule does not come at the expense of your pet’s needs and normal routine.

- Before watching a dog, it's important I know their daily routine, any specific care needs (like medication or diet), and their temperament. Understanding if they have any fears or dislikes, such as loud noises or certain types of play, helps ensure their comfort. Additionally, knowing their exercise needs and preferred activities will help keep them happy. Finally, I also want to know about any rules you as the owner has, like where your pup is allowed to go in the house or any training commands they follow.
