Hi, my name is Kathryn and I love dogs and cats. I grew up taking care of them and would love to meet yours. I currently have 2 dogs. I really like this job because I’m getting into better shape with the best exercise partners there are and I can’t get enough of those fur-babies :) I have been working out of my clients’ homes and my own taking care of my clients’ dogs since March 2019 - mostly pet sittings these days, including taking them on walks and giving them one-on-one attention. They enjoy cuddles and belly rubs, fetch, tug-of-war, whatever makes them happy. While I do accept last-minute bookings, I do charge a fee if there’s no time to do a meet and greet before the sitting starts. I am also very skilled at drawing and painting them, so if you’re interested in getting a portrait of them done, don’t hesitate to ask. :)

I will do my best to stick to whatever routine your fur babies are used to doing so they will be happy. If there is a yard for them to run in, that will be how they go outside, unless walks are necessary for their wellbeing. Letting them out is easier, but their happiness and wellbeing is most important.

Kathryn was with our dog for three weeks. She did a great job of taking care of our anxious and needy dog. He got lots of belly rubs and playtime! He is also a finicky eater, and she managed to get him to eat daily! Kathryn sent us pictures and videos throughout her stay. She was a great housesitter too! Overall, we were pleased with the care Kathryn gave our dog!
This was Kathryn’s second time house sitting and watching our baby, Otis. She did amazing with him: followed all our instructions and even got him to take his meds. I would highly recommend her for your fur baby!

Kathryn took good care of Cooper while we were away for a long weekend. We were concerned with leaving Cooper, as we had just moved into a new house that he wasn’t familiar with. He doesn’t exactly show separation anxiety, but doesn’t like it when we leave. Kathryn sent pictures and let us know what was going on. The pics showed he seemed quite happy, and he came to the door to say goodbye when she left. We are very pleased with Kathryn, and will use her again.
