Kathryn was absolutely wonderful with Truffles, and I could not have asked for a better sitter. As the owner of a 10-year-old senior dog, it can be difficult to find someone who is the right fit since many doggy daycares will not accept older dogs. What I loved most was that Kathryn works from home and has no pets or children in the house, so Truffles had a calm, quiet environment where he could get plenty of attention and companionship. He’s used to being around people all the time, so it was perfect for him. Kathryn was incredibly kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She sent photos and updates a couple of times each day, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Every message reassured me that Truffles was happy, comfortable, and being so well cared for. It’s not easy to find someone you truly trust with your dog, especially one you’ve had for 10 years, but I felt completely confident leaving him with Kathryn. He came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well loved. I would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely book with her again.

Kathryn is caring and attentive. She kept me in the know regularly and gave me a peace of mind while I was away on vacation. I recommend her 100% and will use her help again in the future.

Kathryn was a dream come true. Her compassion for my situation was so appreciated and she truly treated my precious puppy as if she were her own. The pictures and daily reassurance helped us so much. I am quite sure there is nobody better in the entire San Diego area to watch your beloved dog than Kathryn! Besides one weekend with a close family member we’ve never had anyone watch Frank, so I was really nervous to have someone I didn’t know take care of a dog that I love this much but man - she is the best! I was encouraged by how dedicated she is to take care of dogs with special needs that she really takes it seriously and I was certainly proven right with how good she handled Frank’s different needs and how amazing her communication was. She sent me lots of pictures and updates to let me know he was handling it just fine which was really reassuring. I could go anywhere now knowing I have someone who will take as good of Frank as I would and that is such a good feeling!
