Hi! I’m someone who’s grown up around animals and has a real passion for caring for them. I spent 15 years looking after my family dog, from his energetic puppy days right through to his senior years. As he got older, he developed a few health needs, so I’m very comfortable with senior pet care, administering medication, keeping to specific routines, and giving lots of gentle patience and attention. I now live in Beeston, Nottingham with my boyfriend, who has had cats his whole life so between us, we’re a very pet loving household! We’d absolutely love a pet of our own, but with our current work commitments it wouldn’t be fair. That’s why Rover is perfect for us: we get to give our time, care, and affection to your pets while providing a safe, calm, and welcoming environment.

Safety, trust & environment
In our home, your pet will get our full attention. We don’t have any other pets, so your dog or cat will have a calm, quiet environment where they can settle in comfortably. We also have a fully fenced garden, perfect for safe outdoor time, play, and regular toilet breaks. We always follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medication, or particular habits that make them feel at home. We’re big on communication too, so you can expect regular updates and photos throughout their stay.

Kathryn helped us out of a tight spot when our initial dog care cancelled. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Updated with photos too. Will certainly use again.

Schedule
We’re available Friday to Sunday for dog walking and boarding, as we both work full-time during the week. We do have the flexibility to work from home occasionally, so depending on schedules we may be able to offer additional support, but weekends are when we’re fully available and able to give pets our complete attention.
