I have had dogs in my life since childhood. I have cared for many different sizes and breeds of dogs, including puppies and senior dogs. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and administering medication. I have taken college courses in animal behavior and went through training courses with my own dog. I was a dog Mom to a handicapped dog for 11 years, so I definitely have the patience to deal with special needs. I also keep my nails long for those extra good belly scratches 🥰

Safety, trust & environment
I provide loving care for your pets right in the comfort of their own home. I will keep your cats indoors unless otherwise requested, and ensure they receive exercise and plenty of attention. Dogs will be exercised according to their needs and your specific guidelines. If you’re comfortable, I’d love to take them to the park or explore scenic hiking trails together. Safety is my priority, so I will never allow your dog off-leash unless they are in a secure, fenced area and you’ve given prior approval to do so. We will enjoy daily walks with a leash and harness, unless you specify otherwise. Additionally, I will minimize contact with other dogs and animals unless you give explicit instructions to do otherwise. For those dogs that require crating, I have a spacious crate available to ensure their comfort and security. Your pets will receive all the attention and care they need while feeling safe in their familiar environment!

Kat was so amazing and out Bentley loved her. She was very communicative before during and after the stay. Sent pictures regularly. She was able to love on our Bentley through an untimely emotional family situation to keep him calm and happy while we were gone. We would 100% trust and use Kat again during future trips.

Kat watched both of my dogs and stayed at my apt when I was traveling for a wedding. Having her do so made my trip so much more enjoyable knowing my dogs and place were in such great care! I usually am a little anxious about traveling and leaving the boys, but I was completely at peace knowing everything was taken care of back home. I would HIGHLY suggest her for taking care of your pets.
Kat took care of my dog and cat recently and was great! So attentive to their needs and loved to cuddle with them and make them feel safe. She updated me, took my dog for plenty of walks and took care of the house while I was gone. I would recommend her for anyone needing some help with their pets. She has lots of love to give!

I have a flexible, rotating work schedule that allows me to dedicate my time to caring for your pets without the distractions of my own pets, children, or home responsibilities. I'm available to stay with your furry friends as needed and can work around your schedule to ensure their needs are met. While I may need to leave for work, I will communicate openly with you about my work schedule and your pet's specific requirements in advance. If you have a high-anxiety pet or a young puppy that needs more attention, I can adjust my schedule to spend additional time at home, ensuring they receive the care and comfort they deserve.
