Hello! My name is Kathryn, and I have been working with animals and providing animal care both personally and professionally for many years. Caring for animals has always been a huge passion of mine, and I love being able to share that passion with every pet I meet here on Rover. I have years of experience caring for and watching animals of all breeds, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, including reactive pets and those who may need extra patience or attention. I am highly organized and comfortable managing detailed routines involving medications, feedings, walks, training reinforcement, and overall daily care. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while giving owners peace of mind knowing their animals are in good hands.

I understand the importance of ensuring your pets are not only well taken care of but are also happy and comfortable while you are away. I have a lot of experience with various breeds and temperaments, and I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care, including feeding, exercise, medications, and companionship. Your dog’s safety is also a high priority of mine, and I am responsible and attentive, making sure to follow any specific instructions or routines your pet may have! I look forward to meeting all of your fur babies :)

Kathryn was super communicative, and kind. She sent me daily pictures and updates and spent quality time with my dog. She also left my house very clean!
Kathryn was very professional and communicated well. She took good care of my kitty and he warmed up to her quickly.
Kathryn cared for our 3 years old Labrador for a weekend and once we got back the dog was happy and the house looked the same as we left it. Communication was super easy and we are looking forward to have Kathryn to take care of our dog in the future.
I highly recommend Kathryn as a pet caregiver! Kathryn is loving, patient, gentle and she LOVES animals! She has watched our dog Rocco (3/4s bulldog and 1/4 beagle) many times. We could leave our dog with Kathryn knowing she would give him the exercise and attention he needs.
Kathryn has been our go-to dog/cat/house sitter all year and we couldn't ask for a better person to take care of our pets and home while we're away. We travel quite often and never have to worry about anything. Our animals (dog + cat) absolutely LOVE her, especially our dog. She brings him on lots of adventures while being careful and understanding of his needs in public (he is leash reactive in certain situations.) Our cat is shy but Kat is an animal lover so she has quickly gained her trust. She also sends lots of photos and updates when we're away which we greatly appreciate. Lastly, Kat has always left our house in great condition and has even kept an eye on plants when needed. We cannot recommend her enough for your pet and home care!
Kathryn watched my 6 month old puppy Hazel for a week while I went to Europe. I had been hesitant to leave my dog behind but Kathryn immediately erased all my fears with her exceptional care! She sent me updates, pictures, and videos so it felt like I was there with them. Hazel had so much fun with Kat that she didn’t even want to leave when I got back, and to this day whenever we run into Kathryn around town Hazel gets so excited to see her. Could not recommend Kathryn enough, she is absolutely wonderful!

As mentioned before, I work full time however I have the ability to be flexible to your pet’s schedules for feedings or any scheduling needs.
