This was the second time we used Katherine to watch Chloe our cat. She is such a great communicator and she’s always willing to help. Chloe looks forward to her stopping by to play with her. We appreciate you Katherine, thank you for taking such great care of our cat when we are out of town.

My cat was healthy and well cared for when I came home, which is what mattered most to me. There were just a few things that left me a little disappointed. Before my trip, I had her come over to meet my cat and showed her everything she would need, including all of my care instructions. Unfortunately, some of those instructions were not followed. She left silverware in my sink with dried-on cat food, even though I had specifically asked that she use the designated pet spoon instead of my silverware and wash it after each use. I had also shown her where all of my cat’s supplies, including the spoon, were kept. I also found a chewed-up treat wrapper that had been left out where my cat was able to get to it, which was concerning. Additionally, there were a few days when she arrived about two hours earlier or later than the requested visit time. Overall, these were relatively minor issues. My cat was happy, healthy, and cared for when I returned, and that was ultimately the most important thing.
