Safety, trust & environment

I like to try and follow your daily routine as much as possible so that they feel more at ease and comfortable because being away from their family can be very stressful for many animals. By keeping their routine similar they seem to settle in a lot quicker whether they are being boarded, on a walk, or it’s a drop-in visit.

Let me know if there is a specific daily routine your dog is used to and also if there is something that may spook your dog, for example fireworks.

A typical day

We will play a lot in the backyard and love taking walks to the park. I have 3 boys, Kolten is 16, Braxton is 13, we have a 7 year old named Trey. All 3 are extremely active and love dogs. Our 7 year old absolutely loves running around the backyard with them and has become an our little dog whisperer. Over Christmas our Labrador Retreiver. Buldozer “Dozer” became very sick with cancer and so as of right now we are dogless which was absolutely devastating for all of us. Our boys all love dogs and are great with them and I can promise they will be exhausted and we’ll-taken care of especially from our littlest dog whisperer!

Pet care experience

I have grown up with dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds and know how important it is to be able to leave for vacation or just work and know that your dog is being given the best care possible. I have 4 year old Labrador Retreiver named Bulldozer that we got as a puppy and he is a huge part of our family. This past summer he had ACL surgery. We had to do rehab daily to strengthen his leg again for almost 3 months before he was able to resume normal daily activities like running and playing with my kids and other family members dogs again. I am flexible on visits and walks needed and the size of the dog. Also, I love puppies!

Kathyrn is the best! My dogs absolutely adore her, and she always goes above and beyond when caring for them. I know when I leave my dogs with her, they’re in the best hands and I don’t have to worry about anything. I couldn’t recommend her more!
