I live in a gated community so pets can’t easily get out. I take my puppy on long walks at the Davis Arboretum and have a dog park where I live which ensures they are getting their exercise and playtime. My apartment is clean for health safety. If I am staying at the owner’s home, I will apply the owner’s directions.

A typical day
Early morning walks, followed by breakfast and a nap. In the afternoon, I’ll see how much energy the pet has and either take them out for a longer walk or play with them outside. In the evening, I meet up with other pet owners so they see their friends for a playtime.

Pet care experience
I ensure all the pets I sit have exercise, playtime, and good care. I have a dog park where they can play for hours. I have a 6 month old Golden Retriever and a 12 year old Labradoodle, so I have experience with younger and older dogs. I also have sufficient experience with cats after sitting my friends’ cats. I would be happy to sit for your furry friend!

Kathryn has dog sat for us several times and it’s wonderful to be able to leave Abby at home in such capable hands. Abby loves Kathryn and Kathryn loves Abby. It’s such a win win to be able to leave town knowing our doggie is in such good hands and we completely trust Kathryn with our house and key. Always seem less with piece of mind.
