I am currently a full time employee that works nights (5p-2a), and so I have a lot of free time during the day to take care of your pet. I always get up early to make sure I’m taking care of me and my cat’s needs and am able to extend that care to your animals as well.

When I do a drop-in visit, I always do a sweep around the main areas of the house to ensure that everything is in order. For dogs, my main priority is to take them out, check their water bowl and play with them to make sure they have the care they need for the day. For cats, I will always check their litter boxes to see if it needs any scooping, I will also check their food and water bowls and fill them up if needed. Like dogs, I will respect their boundaries and play with them to ensure they’re comfortable.

I will play with your dogs, whether it’s playing fetch outside or tug of war. I will give lots of pets and kisses to the dog and make sure they feel safe and comfortable sound me. I will always send you updates on your dog so that you know they’re safe as well.

I have taken care of animals for 15 years and I am very passionate about making animals feel safe, comfortable and loved. I grew up with both cats and dogs and so I am able to take care of both. From pugs, mastiffs, labradors, to cats, I can do it all. I give medication, deep-clean litter boxes, play with you pets and overall make sure your pet feels at ease while you’re away.

Kat has cared for my dogs and our deaf cat numerous times over the last few years and they absolutely love her! We have two large mastiffs so they can be a little intimidating due to their size, but Kat never let that deter her from building rapport with them just the same as she did with our smaller dog and cat. She has been consistent and easy to communicate with as well, and it puts my mind at ease to know that I can always count on her to be there when we and our babies need her!
Kathryn is extremely caring of pets. She had several pets when I first met her 10 years ago. She was attentive and caring to every single one. Kathryn and myself often pet sat for the same family on and off and she would ensure all animals (3 mastiffs and a pug) were fed, walked and played with. Kathryn has watched my own dog. Who is extremely anxious. She ensured his medication was taken at the correct time and managed to get him to take a pill pocket. She ensured all his supplements were taken (a rare ability with my dog) She is very kind and compassionate about animals. She will definitely do a good job.
Kathryn is amazing with my animals! My cats love when she comes to house sit. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure my cats are loved, and cared for every time she watches them. We are very thankful to have such a respectful and responsible caregiver for our cats!
