I work ~32hrs a week in retail, so my schedule is relatively flexible — please send me a message to see if I’m available for a dog walk on any day at a specific time. I have a lot of experience with dogsitting and am happy to take great care of your pets and house! My shifts range from 4-8hrs, so I mostly work with families whose pets can be left alone during the day for that amount of time. I enjoy going for walks before/after work too!

A typical day
I love walking dogs through my neighborhood which has some good hills or on the Burke Gillman trail. Of course some play time is great too! Extra points if your dog likes to cuddle. :)

I’ve always loved dogs and have had my own Cavapoo (Toby!) since I was 13. I have years of experience walking dogs and dog sitting for families (walking up to 2 dogs at a time). I love to use treat training on walks too!

Kathryn is fantastic! She is very prompt with her communication, on time with coming to pre-mee up with us and with coming for walki We did a meet and greet before she walked Roxy- she is very at ease and confident with being around dogs. Roxy gravitated towards her instantly. Kathryn even sent a picture of Roxy from the walk. We will definitely be booking more walks with Kathryn for Roxy.
Kathryn house sat for us for a week while we were on vacation. It was our first time using rover and she quickly made me feel comfortable trusting her with our house and pets. Our two dogs are often uncomfortable around strangers but warmed up to her after only a couple walks before the longer stay. We came back to the house clean and in good condition — we especially appreciated that the sheets, towels and dishes had all been cleaned — and our pets in good spirits. We also have a rabbit and she took good care of him too. Kathryn worked her usual job around 8h most days while we were away, and let us know in advance as well as shared her work schedule, and spent each night and morning together with our dogs. It’s not an issue and was communicated well ahead of the stay, but something to consider depending on your pet’s needs. I would gladly recommend her again to walk or house sit. Thanks very much for taking care of our pets.

Kathryn was wonderful! She took the time to meet our Aussies before our trip, and they fell in love with her instantly! Kathryn provided daily updates and took excellent care of our pups and home while we were out of town. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again!
