Hi! I’m Kat, and I’m excited to begin offering dog boarding in my home again. I’m a lifelong animal lover with pets of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, attentive, and caring when you have to leave your dog behind. While staying with me, your dog will be treated like part of the family. I provide plenty of attention, affection, playtime, potty breaks, and a comfortable place to relax. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding schedule, routines, and any special instructions so they can feel as comfortable and secure as possible. I’m patient and comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, whether they are playful and energetic, shy and nervous, or happiest cuddling on the couch. I will always take the time to learn about your dog’s needs, habits, temperament, and preferences before their stay. I know it can be stressful to leave your pet with someone new, so I’ll provide regular messages, pictures, and updates throughout their stay. My goal is for you to feel confident that your dog is safe, loved, and enjoying their own little vacation while you’re away. I look forward to welcoming your pup into my home!

I am a part-time student with online classes, so I'm home full-time. In other words, I will always be here to look after your pup.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic coming through. Our children have a toy room where all of their toys are kept. No toys leave the toy room under any circumstance. We have a medium-sized fenced backyard that is kept clear of twigs or other potentially harmful objects.

A typical day
Frequent walks down by the lake, trips to the dog park (with permission), trips to the forest preserve (with permission), love and fun all day.
