I require prior authorization for animals with food aggression, bite history, etc. In that event I will do my best to make accommodations for care, including exclusive care in the private room, and additional safety precautions.
A typical day
I enjoy giving each pet a personalized experience during their stay with me. Some dogs thrive when they stay active, and I have lots of toys to keep them stimulated (frisbees, balls, ropes, and much more!) Other pets need a more calm, quiet environment. I offer a private room full of everything they may need. Soft beds and blankets, sound machines, low lighting. My favorite pets, though, are Velcro cats and dogs. I have several cozy couches and offer all the snuggles and belly rubs they could ever want and need. I want your pet to feel safe and loved with me- in whatever way that may look for them.

Hi there! I am an experienced and responsible dog owner and would love to welcome your pet into my home. I have owned and loved dogs of all shapes and sizes throughout my adult life, and have experience with various breeds and temperament. My wonderful 14 year old Carolina Dog, Jack, crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year, and I am excited to open my heart and home to your beloved companions. I currently volunteer through Cincinnati Animal Care, and have received additional training that allows me to provide excellent, customized care for your pets.

Kathryn's attention to detail, compassion and genuine love of our aging Chihuahua and Golden Retriever as well as a less then one year old Golden Retriever during our vacation occurrences is such a load off our minds.
