If 6/5 stars were an option I would give them to Alex. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Animals were well loved, exercised and captured when they escaped (🙄). Great communication. Completely reliable. We had flights delayed and date of our return kept changing. Alex kept changing her plans to accomodate us and assured us that no matter what she would make sure our pets would be cared for. That kind of responsibility is priceless. Our home was well cared for and spotless on our return. Will absolutely use again.
We have an elderly kitty who takes meds twice a day and gets stressed when left alone for any length of time. We came home to a happy, stress free kitty and a clean house. Having Alex stay and take care of our kitty made it so we could truly enjoy our vacation. Knowing you have someone you can trust in your home who is going to take care of your fur baby as if they were their own is so comforting. We are so grateful to have found Alex and will definitely use her again!
Alex was great. We have cameras that showed she played outside with the dogs a lot. She also sent pictures of the dogs. They looked very happy to spend time with her The house was neat and clean. She also watered my pots and hanging baskets. Which must of taken a bit of time because it was really hot while we were gone. We would definitely use her again and recommend her.
Alex did an amazing job caring for my animals while I was away for the weekend. I have 2 large adult dogs and a 3 month old puppy…and 17 chickens! She sent pics and updates during the day and took great care of them all. Her communication throughout was excellent and the dogs loved her at our first meet and greet. High recommended!
Alex was a great sitter for our pets. Our pets were well cared for. Alex is a tiddy house guest. She even left a light on for us when she knew it would be dark when we got home.
Fun, kind, dogs loved her. I felt really at ease having her in our home.

Schedule
I live in Sagle (East Bottle Bay) and work in Sandpoint as a Massage Therapist part time, which gives me some flexibility with location. My work shifts are typically 4- 4.5 hours 4 days per week, leaving plenty of time to provide attentive, consistent care for your pets.

This includes any history of reactivity or aggression, and how they typically respond to other dogs and people while on walks. I also appreciate details such as feeding schedules, medications, favorite toys, exercise preferences, and anything else that helps your pet feel safe, comfortable, and understood in their environment. The more I know ahead of time, the more I can provide consistent, attentive, and personalized care tailored specifically to your pet’s needs.
