Hi there, my name is Allie! Animals have always brought me joy and I love working with them. I worked at a local vet clinic for two years where I interacted with dogs and cats of all ages and breeds. I am certified level 1 in Fear Free handling of dogs and cats. I have former experience working at two local dog daycares. With my vet clinic experience, I also have a senior dog who takes different types of medication daily, and I am comfortable administering meds to your pet. I have pet sat multiple ages of animals in the past, from puppies needing additional breaks and training, to seniors who need a slower pace and medication.

Some people have a natural way with animals - Allie is one of those people. She has taken care of my dog and cat on numerous occasions. They just love Auntie Allie! I really appreciate that she will meet them where they're at - some days, my cat just does not want to be pet, but Allie is never pushy and always respectful of her boundaries and personal space. My dog has special needs and trusts very few people, but he absolutely loves her. He is very sensitive to any yelling or tension, and I know I never have to worry about that with her. She is kind and gentle and knowledgeable. Your pets would be lucky to have her in their lives :)
Kathrine watched my large mastiff and 4 cats for a weekend and I will absolutely hire again! My dog has dog aggression issues and needs to be muzzled; Kathrine respected all my specific requirements for care and treated all my animals with love. She is adept at managing multiple pets simultaneously. Highly recommend!
We have used Kathrine multiple times and she is great. Our dog, Zoe, loved it when she would come over to take her out for walks while we were out of town. She always took great care of Zoe. Now, Kathrine does help take care of our 2 cats we have. She is reliable, dependable, and sends photos of our furry kids while she is at the house. Don't be surprised if your pet gets excited for you to leave town, because that means they get to see Kathrine.

She is very proactive regarding the care of her personal pet and is diligent regarding walks and feeding schedules. She also is diligent about daily medications and knows when an issue should be addressed by a vet. She has cared for many friends' animals over the years. he is a trusted caregiver when they are away on extended vacations and trust her to ensure their family pets are well cared for. She has worked in the veterinary field and is No Fear certified. From her time as a vet office employee, she has learned how to administer medications properly, recognize when an animal appears to have a medical issue and has a good understanding of how to communicate needs to the pet owner, and if necessary, the family's veterinarian. I believe any per owner would be very pleased to have Kathrine care for their pet's in their absence.
