Hello! I’m Kathlene . I have worked with dogs for many years at shelters, I worked as a dog groomer and doggy daycares. I am currently studying Veterinary Medicine and I am also a veterinary assistant! Through my experience I leaned a lot about animal medicine dog grooming, handling, training, exercising, and working with farm animals in a professional setting. I worked with almost every kind of dog from Alaskan malamutes, to Chihuahuas all of them ranging from seniors to puppies. I was regularly responsible for more than 20 dogs at a time and providing them their individually prepped meals, managing their activity and grooming needs. I am experienced in administering medications oral, topical, and injections. My experience goes beyond dogs and cats I have worked with all sorts of creatures. From farm animals like bison, cows, reindeer, goats, and chickens I have also worked with reptiles like snakes, lizards, and saltwater/freshwater aquarium fish. With all this experience, I’m confident I can take great care of your pets!

Kathlene took amazing care of my fur babies and my home while I was away! She sent daily photo updates, watered my plants, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in great shape. She’s very knowledgeable about animals and knew my babies would be in good hands. A true 5-star sitter—coming from a fellow sitter myself!
Kathlene was absolutely amazing at taking care of my cat Dragon. Her attention to detail and genuine care is evident. From making sure all of Dragon’s needs were met to feeding and playtime and even sending me updates! It’s clear that she truly cares about Dragon’s well-being and comfort. My cat can be a bit finicky but Kathlene’s calmness and patience won her over quickly. I could not have asked for a better caretaker and am definitely trusting her again in the future. Highly recommended!
Kathlene Is an amazing dog sitter and walker , she treated my baby Luna as if she was her puppy. She’s very patient with my dog, as my dog is still learning and training. Kathlene will go above and beyond for your pet! She took my puppy to the beach, and played with her on the sand, and she even took my dog for doggy ice cream afterwards. Kathlene is very attentive, I highly recommend her, and her rates are very reasonable for the type of care she will provide to your pet 😊
I would give Kathlene 10+ stars if it were possible, she was fantastic! We have been through a few sitters because being a ranch that has dogs, bees, chickens, cows, and bison, we have had a hard time finding someone that understands the workload and feels comfortable doing it. Kathlene went far beyond any expectation we had. As luck would have it, on her very first time sitting for us, we had a waterline break and a bull get lost. She had to finish the last day and a half with no running water, an still managed to leave me with a spotless house and happy healthy animals. Using her experience with animals, she found an alternate water supply and took care of everything and, went above and beyond to hike through the hills in tall brush to find the wayward bull, just amazing! We didn't know Kathlene had other talents as well, she did beautiful drawings of all our animals and, we had a delicious home cooked meal waiting for us when we got home. I can't recommend Kathlene highly enough, if you need a house or pet sitter, she is the best.

A typical day
I believe in making pet sitting a fun and enriching experience for every dog. I make sure each activity suits each dog's individual preferences and energy levels I can provide mental stimulation through puzzle toys,and scent games. Dogs who enjoy a slower pace, I ensure plenty of cuddling and calm, quiet time. These activities are designed to keep your pet happy, and healthy during our time together.
