Kathleen was SO communicative, always reliable, and took such great care of our kitties while we were out of the country for 10 days! One of our cats doesn’t always do great with new people (he gets anxious and thus sometimes a bit aggressive) but he got along GREAT with Kathleen and she did so well with both of our cats! We will definitely be working with her again!

Kathleen took wonderful care of our pets, Odie and Ollie, while we were out of town for a long weekend. She communicated with us regularly, which gave us great peace of mind, and it was clear she truly understands animal behavior and enjoys what she does.
