Kathleen was everything we could have hoped for as a surrogate for our dog Jayda. She was able to introduce our Jayda to other dogs without incident which was unusual seeing as though that's been a problem area in the past. A robust, heartfelt and meaningful "thanks" to Kathleen.
Kathleen was great. Very welcoming, very friendly and has plenty of space. Her dogs are also great play buddies!
Kathleen kept us updated on our doggo’s daily adventures, her own dog’s did a fabulous job welcoming him into the fold and I could tell Kathleen really cares about those pets she welcomes into her home. Thank you for caring so deeply for our guy!
Wonderful, professional and thoughtful sitter, she took care of all of my animals and looked after them while also playing with them to keep them happy, and we came home to a clean house and happy dogs 10 out of 10 amazing, will definitely be rebooking her if she’s available next time

I knew from the moment I met Kathleen that Kane was in good hands! My 100 lb, young German Shepherd is a handful for the best of them, nobody I know was even willing to watch him. Kathleen, however, not only had the confidence to take on the challenge, but made it look fun and easy! I have several large and small crates if you don’t bring your own. A large fenced in yard and several human beds for the dogs to sleep on.
Pets
A typical day
We love to play in the back yard! We go out first thing in the morning while I drink coffee and throw the ball and frisbee. We will even eat outside if it’s nice out. Breakfast is at 7am. About 10/11 the dogs usually take a nap. After they take their nap we go back outside and either take a walk around Mendota lake which is close to my house for a nice excursion. When we get back we have a water break and have a treat. And the dogs will lay back down for another nap. Dinner is at 4:30. After dinner we will play in the backyard. I make sure we are out again about 730 for minimum 30 min before bed. Bed time is 9 pm.
