As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to notice the small details. If their poop looks “weird” or if they puked in the house, or if anything else look suspicious to me, I’ll contact you. Gross, yes, but important stuff to look out for.

If your dog has any special needs, just leave me a note. I can administer pills or injections. I do not administer IV fluids. Other important info is how your dog is on a leash- reactive? Pulls? And preferences for a feeding time.
A typical day
Im up for any kind of fun with dogs, depending on their likes. Walks, fetch, water swimming, sprinkler, hose), or just couch potato belly rubs!

Pet care experience
I have had over 60 dogs enter my life since I started volunteering as a dog rescuer over 15 years ago. I have 11 dogs of my own! Being surrounded by dogs is my happy place. I also travel to Texas once a month to bring back dogs and cats for adoption through my rescue organization.

Kathleen was scheduled to house sit my dog and she was permitted to leave for a short time, but when I checked my cameras my dog was in his crate and distressed. He was like this for at least two hours. She wasn’t answering my texts or calls so I called my friends, who live 45 minutes away, to come and check on him. Shortly after they arrived, she showed up and acted like she had been there the entire time saying she had her rover app turned off. My friends went all the way over there and wasted their time for an incompetent sitter. I can’t trust her, so I wouldn’t recommend her!
Kat was great with our nervous gal! And great to chat with!
This is the first time using a dog sitter for Nami. Usually my youngest daughter takes care of him. I felt at ease knowing that Kathleen was there to feed him, walk him and provide some company.
