I leave the house at 7:15, M-F and arrive home at 4:15 M-Th and 2:30 on Fridays. I can stop into your home prior to going to work, if need be, and definitely will have time to interact with your pet, let your pet out, feed your pet, walk your pet, the whole nine…after!

I would greet your pet (depending on his or her personality, I would approach quietly and cautiously or exuberantly and with showers of love!). After a greeting filled with love and affirmation (smile), I would take your pet out to do his or her business. After that, depending on your pet’s schedule and preference, I would a) feed him or her and refresh your pet’s water or b) take your pet on a walk or outdoors. We could also play tug or catch (depending on your house rules). If there have been any accidents during the day, I’ll pick that up, too! I’ll leave after more snuggles and love! And then I’ll repeat!

Let me know if your pet has any special accommodations above and/or above the norm. I have the most experience with medium-sized and small dogs. That being said, I love my neighbor’s Irish Wolfhound and would give anything (within reason, haha) to snuggle with your large dog (when I get the space, I want a yellow lab, a Doberman, or a German Shepard).

Hello! I want to start by saying that I believe dogs make life 1,000 times better than it would be without them. I grew up with both dogs and cats. This is the first time I don’t own any and here is why: Currently, I live in an apartment that allows no type of pets whatsoever. With that in mind, and the desire to interact, care for, and love on dogs (I’m allergic to cats, but LOVE them [and can take Zyrtec in a pinch]), I am offering services of walking your dogs. I can also check up on him or her, keep your pet company and feed him or her. Housesitting IS an option, it just depends on the day (weekends are best).

Kathleen went above and beyond walking our dog and giving her time out of the crate while we were out of town. She kept us updated with pictures and messages to give us peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new dog walker or sitter.
So happy she loves my dog just as much as I do, nothing is better than peace of mind when it comes to your animal.
Kathleen is very kind and trustworthy. I needed help with my cats while out of town. They both trusted her as well. I have some finicky cats.
Kathleen was an excellent dog sitter. She provided wonderful care for my Golden Retriever SAYLOR. She sent pictures often and left notes and sent detailed messages to me during my absence. I would highly recommend her services for your furry friend. I plan on using Kathleen in the future!!
