Dogs and cats are kinda my thing
There is nothing I love more than animals. They bring me so much joy and there is nothing I value more than taking care of them and making sure they live long, healthy, and productive lives. My love of animals began from a very young age and I am passionate about animals as companions, service pets, and therapy animals. I am a registered therapy animal handler with Pet Partners with one of my cats. I am owned by 2 dogs and 5 cats at the moment and it is my dream to one day have a rescue farm in the country with any kind of domesticated and farm animals you could think of! I would love to provide care for your fur kids so that you would know they were in safe and capable hands.

I cannot care for pets in my home at this time, but I am more than happy and capable to take your pets anywhere or visit them in your home. I've cared for puppies and kittens to adults, hospice and palliative care dogs, and a cat with various chronic medical issues. I know the importance of routine and care and don't take their health and safety lightly.

Kathleen did an excellent job with a weekend of drop-in visits for our two labs. Very punctual with the visits and very happy dogs, which gave us peace of mind while away.
Amazing! She was so attentive to all their needs. Spent time slowly getting to know them and by the end of the day they were all in her lap excited to see her. We couldn’t be happier with her care for our dogs. She also responds so quickly every time! Highly recommend!
Kate was very good with our dogs while we were on vacation. One of our dogs had surgery 5 days before we left so he had to wear a surgical suit & an inflatable collar, which makes letting him in & out more difficult. He was also on medications & Kate managed all of that without any issues.
We recently moved and adopted a cat and needed a sitter for a long weekend. We found Kathleen and were impressed with her profile and were even more impressed after meeting her. We asked her to do visits for four days and we are very pleased with how everything went. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again in the future.

Schedule
I have 2 elderly dogs that require 3-4 potty breaks per day, but other than that, I have a very open schedule. Because of this, I cannot spend the night away from home.
