Hello! I’m so excited and can’t wait to meet your pet! I grew up on a farm with a variety of animals to care for including small ruminants, horses, cats, dogs, and chickens. My animal husbandry experience includes work at an emergency small animal veterinary clinic and an emergency equine clinic. I also have previous pet and barn sitting experience. I live an active lifestyle and look forward to long walks with your dog (or cat!). I’m more than happy to accommodate your pet’s needs and take care of special diets or medications. Be sure to let me know which treats and toys your pet loves most! You can have the peace of mind knowing your pet is being cared for like they are my own!

Kathleen was an excellent sitter for Ivy and Elsie. She followed our instructions carefully, and was unbothered by Elsie's special needs (delayed potty training from UTIs in her puppyhood). Not only is Elsie still developing her bladder control and more likely to have accidents, she also needs wiped with medicated wipes after every potty. Kathleen was sure to do this and she also provided regular updates with photos throughout the day/evening. Both girls had a great time and we'll be sure to hire Kathleen in the future!
If you're looking for someone to watch your pup, look no further! As a dog mom herself whose had multiple dogs in her lifetime, she incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animals in her care. Her experience shows in everything, from how she reads a dog's mood to how naturally she handles the unexpected moments that come with pet ownership. I don't trust many with my dog, but with her, I have zero hesitation. She's the kind of person who treats every dog like it's her own.

Schedule
I currently work full time M-F, but I’m very active and ready for long evening walks! My weekends are open and available for time spent with your pet!
