I am self-employed and most days work remotely so your pets will have regular companionship. I am fit and love to take long walks. My pet care experience includes dogs, cats, horses, goats and chickens. I am at ease in both urban and rural settings. I LOVE to travel to new towns so please don't let my location put you off for house sitting. I will go nearly anywhere in NH, MA or VT.

We had a wonderful experience with Kathleen. She took excellent care of our animals. She sent us updates on how everyone was doing with photos which was nice to have. She is very reliable and trustworthy. We will be using her again!!
We two humans, along with Felix-the Dog, all feel like we made a new friend in Kathleen! Felix, who is not always sure about new people he meets, immediately took to Kathleen when she came to our home for a meet-and-greet. Kathleen sensed Felix’s apprehension and quickly put him at ease with her calm, affectionate, low-key response. On the basis of our visit, we mutually agreed to have Kathleen stay with Felix a few days later while we enjoyed a quick 24-hour getaway. While we were away, we had good, clear communication by text message. Although we were delayed getting home, Kathleen volunteered to stay until we returned so she could give us a verbal report, which we appreciated very much. When she left, Felix’s dejected body-language showed he was sad to see her go; clearly he had enjoyed her company. We look forward with confidence to having Kathleen stay with Felix again.
I 100% recommend Kathleen! She really saved us! Our pet sitter canceled the morning we were supposed to leave for a seven-day vacation. I posted a job on Rover and she responded immediately, and very kindly stepped in to help, even though she had just finished another pet sitting gig. She took care of our beloved older dog, Dewey and our nine chickens. She was thoughtful, loving, reliable, and responsible. She texted with us almost daily, which we had asked her to do, and which set our minds at ease. She went above and beyond by giving our chickens daily treats and giving our dog LOTS of love. She is warm, respectful, and a good communicator. She also left the house in immaculate condition--in some ways cleaner than we left it. An ideal house and pet sitter in every way!!
Kathleen is a caring and conscientous pet caregiver. She is dependable and will respond to you promptly with clear communication. She is also a good problem solver who can think on her feet.
