I am quite flexible as I am not currently working. That being said, I am not an early morning person. I usually am up before 9 though.

I recently moved to Dancing Hen farm with my cats. They are strictly indoor cats until the spring. They are fed wet food twice daily and always have dry food. I feed Dilly, my step dog premium kibble with Freshpet, cheese, eggs, and chicken twice daily. She gets plenty of exercise on the farm. All of our pets are allowed to sit, sleep, nap wherever they want, including our bed and the tables. Everyone has a different style of living with with animal family, so I would do as you do with your furbaby.

I am not able to do long, arduous hikes any more unfortunately. I can do short hikes/walks, go to the dog park, or play. Please lmk what your dog likes to do, food/treat schedule, fears, energy level, and favorite places to go or toys to play with.

There is no typical day. Every pet is different, and has individual preferences. We will come up with a plan that will ensure your fur baby is happy, healthy, loved, and has fun.

I have cared for dogs and cats since I was a child. I have always had pets, and they were all family members. I went to school for Horse Husbandry. I have always been a horse person. We always had multiple animals in the house when my children were young. My dog, Nina recently passed at 17 and she had been my traveling companion all of her life. I have a natural love for animals that they can sense. I treat them as family, whether they are yours or mine. I will love them as my own.

Kathleen is responsible and professional. She has a true gift with all animals and has recently worked well with a challenging dog in our family. I’ve know Kathleen for 10 years and we’ve spent time traveling and camping with our dogs. Traveling with pets requires much more effort, commitment, and coordination than care at home, as we all know or Rover wouldn’t be “a thing”! Kathleen pulled off traveling solo across country with two dogs and a cat while pulling a trailer! I say with confidence, she will take great care of your pets and/or home while you are away giving you the peace of mind to enjoy your adventures or deal with business/personal matters away from home with peace of mind.
Kathleen is without a doubt the most loving, caring and responsible pet owner I’ve ever met. I’m sure she prefers animals over people- hands down! Kathleen is like the pied piper when it comes to animals. My dog adores her! He greets her with hops, twirls, wags and kisses then follows her around the house the duration of her visit. She will get down on the floor and play with him, including tug of war his favorite game. My dog is my “son” and I am very particular about his care and wellbeing. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave him in Kathleen’s loving care. My daughter is a veterinarian so I am well-versed in animal health care and I give Kathleen an A+ when it comes to her attention to animal health care needs. K She is an extremely responsible pet owner. She always takes timely care of her animals health needs, including regular veterinary check ups and requires tests and vaccinations. She immediately gets her animals to the vet if they aren’t well. She never skimps on their care. In summary, I unequivocally recommend Kathleen as a responsible guardian and caretaker for your pet(s).
Kathleen is an attentive pet parent. She treats her pets like they are human! By that I mean she is conscious of their needs and very responsive. I have spent extended time with her and her pets and have had her visit me and my cat in the past. She brings her little dog with her to my place. She walks her consistently, feeds her healthy food and gives her lots of love. She is a big animal lover!
