New to Rover! Experienced sitter!
I’m new to rover, but have lots of pet experience!! PLEASE READ: *** I will be out of the country from Friday, November 13th to Wednesday, December 2nd and will be unable to accept ANY BOOKINGS during that time!*** I grew up with cats and chickens, and have been taking care of cats and dogs since I was 16! Recently I have been volunteering biweekly at a farm, taking care of horses and cats. I love animals of all sizes, and have house sat for small and medium sized dogs, cats, chickens, and guinea pigs!

I am able to meet your pets at their home, making sure they stay safe and calm meeting a new person in an environment they’re already comfortable with! We’d follow typical schedules, visit typical routes for walks, and make sure they stay as calm as possible by maintaining stability and reducing the stress of new introductions.

Kathleen was great with my senior pup! She was very patient and allowed him to stop and smell all the roses he wanted. She gave us great updates and was flexible when our plans changed. 10/10 would recommend.
This was the first time that I left my cats with a non family member. Kathleen did a great job asking thoughtful questions, approaching the cats gently and communicating with me while I was gone. Everything was tidy upon my return and the cats were well cared for.
Kathleen was absolutely wonderful with our two cats, Rosie and Teddy. Her communication was top-notch with consistent, thorough updates after every visit, and she genuinely cared for our pets as if they were her own. We couldn't have asked for a more reliable, caring sitter and will definitely be booking her again!
Kathleen has watched our cats twice, and does a great job! She is communicative and provides regular updates. The cats were very well taken care of, and so was our house!

Schedule
I work a 8-5 in-person on Monday-Thursday. However, I WFH on Fridays, and have full availability on weekends (from Thursday at 6pm onwards) to housesit for your pets!! I almost always cannot accommodate overnight stays on Monday-Thursday for pets that need regular potty breaks or constant care during the day. During the week, I am available to check on pets and go on walks in the mornings (before 7:30am) and evenings (after 5pm). On Fridays and weekends, I have full availability and can meet your pet whenever works best for them! I cannot visit pets around lunchtime or during the day from Monday - Thursday.
