Pet care experience
Christian, my son, and I started our Rover business together in 2022 and have taken care of dogs and cats for friends, family members, and neighbors for years, both in our home and dropping in to care for cats and dogs while their owners are away. We have two pets in our family currently: MacKenzie, a bold one-year-old cat, and Jasper, our rescue poodle who is probably about 12 years old, who is playful and loves to snuggle.

In our care, your pet will be treated as a welcome part of our family. If your fur baby is staying with us, we have a fenced yard for outdoor time and dogs are welcome on the couch and bed. We have plenty of toys and treats and you’re welcome to bring your own, too. As the loving owners of older pets, we have experience giving medication.

Please let us know if your dog has any special needs and if your dog has any experience with cats. We can only take cat-friendly dogs or dogs who are indifferent to cats at this time. We’re happy to schedule a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your dog a little better!
A typical day
We take walks two or three times a day and like to go around the neighborhood and to Beresford Park. We also play inside and in the backyard. We have a good supply of toys and feel free to bring your dog’s favorites, too!

Availability
I currently work from home most weekdays and Christian is taking a few college courses mid-day three days a week, and so we're available for walks and playtime throughout the day and we're available on the weekends, too. For caring for pets in your home, I’m available in the mornings and evenings and can also swing by at lunchtime if you’re close by.
