Experienced dog lover!
I have been helping care for dogs since I was 10. I grew up with Dalmatians, dachshunds, black labs and Dobermans. To say I love dogs is an understatement. Our dachshund (16) recently passed away and my daughters and him were best friends! I am not ready to have a dog back in the house full time but have realized, after dog sitting for a friends and family’s dogs, this would be a great way to help care for others pets.

Junie and Leo had a great time! We got frequent updates and they were treated very nicely. We were able to have our wedding weekend with complete ease knowing our family members were well cared for and happy.
Kathleen took wonderful care of our dog, Lexi, while we were away. She followed Lexi’s routine closely, gave her lots of attention, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. Kathleen was very responsible and easy to communicate with, which gave us great peace of mind during our trip. She also sent photos every day, which we really appreciated and helped us feel connected while we were away. When we picked Lexi up, she was happy and relaxed, and it was clear she had been very well looked after. We truly appreciated Kathleen’s kindness and reliability, and we would absolutely trust her to care for Lexi again. Highly recommend!

Kat and fam are amazing! Left our fur baby with them for 2.5 weeks (longest ever) while we were traveling internationally and he really enjoyed his time there! We got constant updates and pictures and were comfortable knowing that he was being cared for. He also got two new toys while he was there! Would 💯 recommend.
Always a great experience with Kathleen and her family. We never have to worry about Mac when we leave them with his “second family.” 😉

Schedule
My husband and I work from home so letting the dog out is no problem for us. While we do not have a fenced in yard, we do have a lead to let them out on and take frequent walks. We love to take dogs on hikes in the bike trails behind our house.
